Blonde Ale, 6.0%., 8 oz. - $5, 12oz. - $7, 750 ml. - $10
Brewed in collaboration with Wild Bill Brews, Jack and Bill used fresh hops picked that morning, grown by Bill in the Green Mountains. An aroma of fresh oranges and a touch of spice, with notes of ripe orange and vanilla on the pallet. The name comes from the Norse word "Skal," meaning "Cheers," and Jack and Bill's shared love for 90's SKA Punk music. For a detailed breakdown of the recipe and brew-day check out wildbillbrews.com.
